I have known Larry for several years now and the thing I like most about him is that he is a "straight shooter". He is not one of those people who tell you what you want to hear, he is honest!!! It is so refreshing. My husband and I have both bought and sold homes using Larry as our representative and would highly recommend him.

Working with Larry on the sale of our former house -- and purchase of our condo -- was a joy. This can be a very stressful, frustrating experience, but Larry made it smooth and as stress-free as possible. He really knows the real estate market in Richmond and surrounding areas, and he was spot-on with pricing. He was recommended to us by a mutual friend, and we have already recommended him to our friends. Truly, we could not have asked for a better house sale and purchase experience than what we got with Larry. Although I certainly hope we will not be moving again anytime in the near future, Larry will be our number one choice for real estate agent if or when we ever sell again.
