First in the interest of disclosure let me say that I have known Larry on a personal basis for about 20 years. I think this put me in a position of assessing him in a number of traits. One of the first and, to me, one of most importance is that he is a man of his word. What he tells you is what he will do his best to do. Second, he knows the real estate business. He has been involved in it from a number of perspectives - purchaser, renovator, seller and representative of clients as an agent. Third, he will go above and beyond to assist a neophyte such as I (I have been involved in only three real estate transactions in my life). I recommend him without reservation.
